Is Bank Museum
Opened in November 2007 at
Eminonu district, it's
located on Bankacilar Street
of Hobyar neighborhood. The
museum is housed in an old
building of one of the
oldest
banks of Turkey, Is Bank, founded
by Ataturk. There is a big
collection of many
documents, photos, films and
objects collected since the
foundation of the Is Bank,
showing the
economic and
cultural
heritage of Turkey and its recent
history.
Open to the public between 10:00-18:00 except on Mondays, holidays, and 1st of January. |
